Eat what you need

Not everyone always has the time to cook a full healthy meal and sometimes you just have to grab some fast food which I’m trying to avoid strongly and you probably too.

However, I found the perfect solution for it. JakeFood. It’s a drinkable meal that gives you every nutrient that your body needs, leaves you satisfies and full. I drink one once a week when I’m in a hurry or when I’m too lazy to cook something.

You got three kinds of shakes. Sport, light and original. The name basically explains what the shakes do. Sports is for when you work out on a regular basis and need more calories due to this. Light is good if you try to lose weight or don’t need a lot of calories. Original is for everyone to try.

It’s also very easy to take with you on a road trip, don’t have time to stop, want to satisfy your stomach but on a schedule? I couldn’t think of a better way to eat. It also leaves your car clean as it doesn’t crumble all over the place.
